Welcome to Crumbl&Co! By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Products
All cookies are baked fresh on demand to ensure the best quality. Please note that because our cookies are handmade, slight variations in size, shape, and appearance may occur. Allergens: Our cookies are made in a facility that processes wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts.

2. Orders & Payment
All orders must be placed through our website. Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your order. Crumbl&Co reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received.

3. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to prepare and dispatch your order within 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location (see our Shipping Policy for details). Once collected by the courier, your order is no longer under our direct control.

4. Returns & Refunds
As our cookies are perishable goods, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. If you receive the wrong order or your cookies arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

5. Disclaimer of Liability
Crumbl&Co will not be held liable for delays caused by the courier, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, or any handling issues once the parcel has left our premises. Orders are placed at the customer’s own risk.

6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. By placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
