Preparing Your Order
Each order is freshly baked with care. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing after checkout. This timeframe does not include transit/shipping, but ensures that you receive cookies at their freshest.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are delivered using The Courier Guy and generally take 2–4 business days, depending on your location. Once your order has been collected by the courier, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier, we’ll email you a Waybill Number so you can track your delivery progress online. Please ensure your email address and cellphone number are entered correctly at checkout, as these details will be used by the courier to keep you updated.

Important Notice
While we always do our best to ensure timely delivery, Crumbl&Co cannot be held liable for delays once your order is in the hands of the courier. All parcels are shipped at the customer’s own risk. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
